They charge for everything l, lots of extra fees but you never see that money go into the apartments like the pool and gym. There’s mold in all the window seals. If you’re going to advertise for it, you should have it.

I'm sorry to hear of your negative experience but would like to help make it better.
Unfortunately, the pool has extreme damage to it that will require major construction to take place in order to fix it. While we would love to guarantee that the pool will open up, we just aren't quite sure.
In better news, the gym will be open to tenants during business hours by the end of next week!
To address your window concerns, I will place a work order in the system and have the maintenance team come by to take a look at it and help to determine what you are seeing and how to safely address it.
If you have any other concerns, please don't hesitate to come over to the office. We'd love to help you out!

submitted by J - |Recommended: NoTheses trash ass apartments deserve to be closed down ragedy ass bitches in the office always stalking you taking pictures of you they love to walk into your apartment without U knowing there’s mice in the walls they never come fix shit got mold in my windows mold on my ceiling can’t even put my daughter in her room cause so much mold they changed management and bitches still wack I do not recommend living in this slumlord ass apartments they so money hungry always wanna charge fees but can’t explain for what and on top of that wanna make u pay 300 when yo lease ends if you ain’t tell them 60 days ahead like clearly if u don’t sign the lease again that means we out these ragedy ass apartments parking sucks booty fr cars always hitting cars with the doors the pools definitely doesn’t work isn’t like that picture and the gym the suppose to have don’t even work this place is a scam they money hungry and love putting extra fees on your shit f them

Also have dog poop everywhere on the ground Claudia with declined anything that has to do with a work order when you move there, they will agree on a set number for rent, but after three months, they will start adding hidden fees and your rent will go up. They also have pest control and pest control never comes out. I will not record and we want to move here. I will give you zero stars if they had an option
They are terrible apartments would not recommend anyone living there if you go to court you won’t win just because Claudia knows the attorney

They never fixed anything and then let my apartment fail inspection and then they told me that they 100 planned to fix the problems, I finally just took it upon myself to assume that was not going to happen 3 days before I should've been moved out. It just really sucks that they care so little about their residents and put them through all this unnecessary stress and worry, I would not recommend at all

It was actually an interaction with long-time residents that convinced me to apply for a lease. Once approved, the staff truly sealed the deal. They have been extremely accommodating from day one. Any time I have had a request, it has been handled quickly and efficiently. The price of rent has proven to be very affordable and is worth every penny. If I had to do it all over again, I would still choose Vines. I feel safe and have finally found my sanctuary.
